Perfect for beginner to moderate levels, these gentle classes use traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga techniques to take you through a range of postures focusing on joint and spine mobility as well as building strength, flexibility and endurance in the whole body.
Fay is a regular yogi and is a 200hr YTT Registered Yoga Teacher. She has completed traditional Hatha style training in Rishikesh, India at Riskikesh Yogapeeth & House of Om.
TQ Fitness members can access yoga sessions every Thursday from 4:30pm - 5:30pm at TQ Fitness.
We have a range of group fitness options with our trainer Kat and there are two free sessions per week at TQ Fitness:
Wednesday 9.45am Low impact functional movement
Friday 9.30am Resistance training
These classes will be referred to as 'KatFitness' on the link below.
