At TQ Fitness, supporting our members is our number one priority. We focus on creating a customer-centric, self-service fitness experience where you have everything you need to reach your goals.

Our fitness students are educated by leading fitness experts with decades of experience and are then given the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a commercial environment at TQ Fitness. Their passion for health, well-being, and fitness is unstoppable, inspiring them to excel under the guidance of their teachers.

Personal Training with Kat

For over 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people achieve their fitness goals. From managing a franchise gym to opening my own PT studios, and now running a 24/7 gym and fitness centre, I bring a wealth of experience to every session.

I love what I do, and my passion is to make you feel better about yourself. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle as you age, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Group Fitness

We have a range of group fitness options with our trainer Kat and there are two free sessions per week at TQ Fitness:

Wednesday 9.45am Low impact functional movement
Friday 9.30am Resistance training 
These classes will be referred to as 'KatFitness' on the link below.


Group fitness sessions:

  • Low impact functional movement - low impact functional movement class
  • Resistance training - resistance and strength training to build muscle
  • HIIT Circuit training - high intensity class feature weights and cardio
  • Bar Dumbbell Blast -  weights class aimed at building muscle and strength
  • Cardio Kick Boxing - cardio workout with kick boxing moves
  • Cardio Blast - a high intensity cardio training session to build your fitness

Equipment

  • Olympic lifting platforms and power rack Build strength with our Olympic lifting station. We are equipped with racks, cages, barbells, Olympic bumper plates and lifting platforms.
  • Smith Machine – The Smith Machine can be used for squats, bench press and deadlifts just to name a few well-regarded exercises. It can be used as a self-spotting device since the weight moves on a fixed track. A perfect place to start or feel supported and safe in your movements.
  • Cable machine - With adjustable height settings and handles, this machine makes it easy to customise movements to suit different exercises and fitness levels, making it popular for strength training and functional fitness workouts.
  • Hammer strength machines -  This high-quality, durable strength training equipment is designed to mimic natural body movements. They use plate-loaded resistance, allowing users to perform controlled,  targeted exercises that build strength in specific muscle groups.
  • Free weights and resistance training – Our well-equipped gym includes benches, dumbbells, kettle bells, TRX suspension trainers, deadballs, medicine balls, resistance bands, skipping ropes and foam rollers for versatile training options.
  • Cardio - The comprehensive cardio section features rowers, treadmills, elliptical trainers, bikes and stair climber.

Monday to Sunday (7 days)
6am - 10pm
Over the holiday period, Saturday 21 December to Sunday 5 January, TQ Fitness will be open to existing members and Fitness Passport members who have already obtained their entry fob. We will be unable to sign new members over this time.
