Are you a Fitness Passport partner? Can I start using your gym?
TQ Fitness is proud to be a Fitness Passport Partner. Visit our memberships page before your first visit to register and accept our agreement, so we can arrange your access fob. 

How do I provide feedback about my membership?
To share your feedback, please contact us through the contact us section on our website. 

I am a debit success customer and have billing queries or need to change account information.

How do I put my membership on hold?
Want to put your membership on hold? Contact us, and our team will explain the process and assist you. 

How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, please send us an email with your cancellation request. We require 2 weeks’ notice, and cancellations cannot be processed during any relevant minimum term. 

How do I get a new fob?
We’ve got you covered! We can issue you a new fob for $30. Please contact us to organise this. 

As a member, can I bring a friend or family member to the gym with me?
Guests are not allowed to use a member’s access fob. For safety and insurance purposes, everyone accessing the gym must be a member. Direct your friend or family member to visit our memberships page to explore their options and they can join by following the steps. 

Do you offer Personal Training Services?
Whether you're new to fitness or need that extra motivation and support on your fitness journey, our friendly, and certified personal trainer can create personalised fitness plans, improve your technique, and help you reach your fitness goals faster. Visit our services page to learn more about our Personal Training services. 

What group fitness classes do you offer?
We offer a range of group fitness options with our certified personal trainer, including two free classes per week as part of your membership at TQ Fitness. Classes are available 5 days a week.  Some classes may have an additional cost. More details can be found on our services page.
