Note – TQ Fitness has a minimum age of 14 years to be able to attend our gym; anyone under this age is not allowed to use the equipment or train. Minors between the ages of 14 and 18 years are eligible to be a member of TQ fitness; however they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while accessing the gym, equipment, classes and personal training sessions. Please contact us directly for minor membership application forms. The accompanying parent or legal guardian also needs to hold a current TQ Fitness membership.
