Note – TQ Fitness has a minimum age of 14 years to be able to attend our gym; anyone under this age is not allowed to use the equipment or train. Minors between the ages of 14 to 17 years are eligible to be a member of TQ fitness; however they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while accessing the gym, equipment, classes and personal training sessions. Over the holiday period, Saturday 21 December to Sunday 5 January, TQ Fitness will be open to existing members and Fitness Passport members who have already obtained their entry fob. We will be unable to sign new members over this time.
